Join us for a weekly women’s yoga class with Sister Yasmeen Aossey, a certified yoga instructor. Take some time to slow down, move your body, focus on your breath, and reconnect with your well-being in a welcoming sister-only space. Classes will be held weekly in the Upper School Cafeteria on Sunday mornings beginning September 27th.
